What days can we book?
You can book for 7 nights from Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday, 4 nights from Monday to Friday, or 3 nights from Friday to Monday. These options provide flexibility for different lengths of stays throughout the week.
What is the check in and out times?
Although we can be flexible if it is absolutely required, guests should arrive after 4pm for check-in and leave at 10am or before on the day of departure.
How do we collect the key?
The key is placed in a KeySafe, with detailed instructions and a secure code emailed to guests the day before arrival.
How do we pay?
Payment can be made conveniently via PayPal or card, with the full amount due at the time of booking if it’s within 8 weeks of the stay. Alternatively, a £200 non-refundable deposit is required, with the remaining balance payable 8 weeks prior to the stay.
Is the Hot Tub ready to use?
The hot tub is meticulously maintained and cleaned between each stay, eliminating the need for guests to handle or use cleaning chemicals. Additionally, it can be started and stopped manually, with the temperature easily adjustable to suit preferences.
Do we need to clean up at the end of our stay?
We understand the importance of ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our guests, and to that end, cleaning services have been thoughtfully included in the price to alleviate any concerns about tidying up at the conclusion of your visit.
Does the cottage have allocated parking?
Guests have access to off-road parking in the adjacent private car park, shared with three other houses.
How many bathrooms does the cottage have?
There is one family bathroom, one ensuite bathroom and an additional downstairs toilet. In total, there are two showers, one bath and three toilets for guests' convenience.
Are pets allowed?
We warmly welcome your furry companions to join you during your stay, as we are pleased to offer a pet-friendly environment for a maximum of two dogs.
What gadgets are in the kitchen?
Our kitchen is fully equipped to meet your culinary needs, featuring a range of modern appliances including a hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, bean-to-cup coffee machine, and even a slow cooker. You'll also find an extensive selection of high-quality crockery, cutlery, and glassware to ensure every meal is served with style.
Additionally, for your convenience, we provide a washing machine to cater to any laundry requirements during your stay.
What other amenities can we expect?
In addition to the provided essentials like bed linen, towels, dressing gowns, slippers, welcome toiletries, and a cleaning pack, we strive to enhance your experience by offering special amenities tailored for guests with canine companions, including a dedicated dog welcome pack.
Is smoking or vaping allowed?
We kindly request that guests refrain from smoking or vaping on the premises, as it is strictly prohibited and we thank you for your cooperation.
